Strengthening Nonprofit Leadership

Project Blueprint equips board members and nonprofit leaders with the leadership and governance skills to drive organizational effectiveness, empowering nonprofit organizations to serve our community more effectively.

Participating in Project Blueprint will benefit your organization through:

  • Strengthened board governance
  • Improved board communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
  • Assessment of your board and board function
  • Development of an Action Plan to implement with your board
  • Connection with other Lancaster County nonprofits as a part of our Project Blueprint network

Project Blueprint is a cohort-based program for nonprofit organizations. Each participating organization sends both a staff executive leader and board executive leader, building practical skills in inclusive leadership, conflict resolution, and inclusive governance together. Sessions are designed around seminar-style learning and discussion that is reinforced with direct application exercises. Project Blueprint culminates with the development of an Action Plan that you will take back to your organization to put your learning into motion.
